Pierre Kleinubing

Pierre was three-time karting champion (1989-•91) in his native Brazil before moving to “tin-tops” and winning the 1992 and •95 Brazilian Touring Car titles. His U.S. debut was with IMSA in 1996. The following year, Peter joined Peter Cunningham’s RealTime Racing team and has since won five more touring car championships. He was World Challenge Rookie-of-the-Year that first year while winning the T2 category championship. He then won back-to-back SPEED Touring Car titles in 2000 and ’01 and notched his fourth and fifth championships in 2006 and 2009.
